Owner and pet stylist for The Dog & Cat S’Paw, Patty Crespo, started grooming as a teenager and has over 42 years of experience. As a 1984 graduate of the Edwardian School of Dog Grooming, her love and commitment to dogs and cats formed the foundation that provides her customers a warm and wonderful experience.
When Patty first opened her own grooming shop in 2014, her daughter Cheyanne grew up wanting to become a professional pet groomer alongside her mother. That dream is now a reality. Over the past four years, the grooming salon has blossomed as this mother/daughter duo combines Patty’s years of experience with Cheyanne’s innovative concepts, making The Dog & Cat S’Paw one of Litchfield County’s top pet grooming salons.

We take the time to familiarize and train your puppy so they can get to know us, and we can get to know them. Once your puppy is comfortable with a bath, brushing, nail and foot trimming, we can move forward with a haircut.
